The Coaching Process

The first meeting:

The first session sets the framework for the coaching and clarifies and defines the way of working together for a set time. The framework includes complete confidentiality and for example agreements on how the superior will be included in the process. The amount of working hours will be specified and timing and setting for the session will be discussed.

To evaluate progress, key points will be identified, their current status defined, objectives set and achievement measured.

My coaching process for the next sessions follows the EAGLE model designed by myself. The letters E-A-G-L-E correspond to German words, the translation will be given in brackets:
