persolog Certification (2009)
During the certification workshop I was surprised to discover the multitude of tools the persolog Personality Model offers. The underlying model is scientifically proven and continually evaluated. Several instruments were developed for various uses (e.g. personality, leadership, sales). They all provide an interesting insight to a person´s own behavioral preferences and support dealing with any other preferences.
The four types are defined thoroughly and clearly distinguished. They are helpful for self-reflection and detecting other´s preferences. In leadership and coaching, concrete steps and plans can then be devised, for oneself and for dealing with others. The persolog instruments show strengths and areas of potential, thus supporting one´s own further development.
